Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship in 3-10 business days. The 3-10 days is the time we need to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping adds 3-5 days to the delivery window (these are estimates only). Business days are Monday-Friday.  

​Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier (USPS). Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

​We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

​Some products, particularly preorders, have shipping dates listed in the product description. Please read thoroughly prior to ordering. Preorders will begin shipping on the date listed on the product page. 

​Default Shipping Speed and Service:

We ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.​ If your order is over 2lbs it will ship priority mail. 

Currently we do not ship internationally.
